There is a small Visitors Centre which has a car park, cafe and toilet facilities. This is Grid Reference SP919294, Post Code LU7 0BA. Directions from the A5 are to turn south west at a roundabout grid reference SP934303. This will be Woburn Road. Continue for 1.5 miles and turn right onto Brickhill Road. Continue for approximately 0.6 miles and on your left will be the car park and Visitors Centre.
Format of Event
It is a modest sized area and therefore an ideal venue to try to add interest by making the event a dual frequency competition using a single course. The assembly area, which is also the start and finish point, is in a central position of a course which is in effect a figure of eight. On this occasion a combination of 80m O Ring and 2m foxes will be evenly distributed throughout the single course, and NOT split across the central road as in the last event here.
Registration opens at 9.30am and the first start is at 10.30am. Entrance fee £5.00.
Car parking is technically free but a voluntary donation of £1.00 at the Rangers' office is preferred.
